EGF/EDHA Loan Scandal: District Judge to hear facts behind Boardwalk Enterprises loan scandal cover-up
FBI intervention requested
by Timothy Charles Holmseth
On May 20, 2014, Honorable Tamara Yon will hear how EDHA Executive Director Jim Richter effectively ordered federal documents from the United States Security Office, bearing Timothy Charles Holmseth’s name, to be shredded. Holmseth, an investigative journalist, has been targeted by EGF city officials because he was gathering information regarding their illegal activity involving Boardwalk Enterprises. Holmseth will also address the illegal involvement of EGF City Attorney Ronald Galstad in his (Holmseth’s) Family Court case. Holmseth alleges Galstad’s is involved in an ‘institutional kidnapping’ scheme and has actively influenced public officials, police officers, and judicial officers to pursue Holmseth through court actions that target his parental rights. The scheme was to convince a District Court that Holmseth was/is mentally unstable and should not be able to see his son without supervision unless restrictions are placed on his speech and publishing. Holmseth has chronicled Galstad’s corruption for several years; and Galstad has been obsessed with silencing Holmseth. Records show Galstad and the EGFPD seized Holmseth’s hard-drive and journalism equipment and illegally searched the contents with no Warrant before finally being ordered to return it – inoperable. Holmseth alleges that Attorney Michael Lacoursiere, Minnesota Public Defender’s Office, told him Galstad and the EGFPD planned to put in the St. Cloud State Prison. Holmseth asserts the siege on his freedom and family was inspired by the desires of Galstad, Mayor Lynn Stauss, Richter and others. Holmseth will be addressing Galstad’s documented communications between Charlson and Jorgenson, P.A., Thief River Falls, detailing how they attempted to use Galstad’s status and prosecutorial powers to affect a child custody proceeding during a Family Court hearing in Roseau, Minnesota. Charlson and Jorgenson, representing Rhonda Callahan, Grand Forks, mother of Homseth’s son, together, have judicially stalked Holmseth for five years. Guardian ad Litem reports submitted to the Court in 2013 by Matthew Petrovich, show that Petrovich supported Callahan’s assertion Holmseth is mentally unstable, by pointing to the fact Holmseth had filed complaints to the Minnesota Lawyers Board and Minneapolis FBI against Galstad. Holmseth has been described for years by Callahan, Petrovich, and Charlson and Jorgenson as “delusional” “paranoid” and “psychotic”. He also been repeatedly accused of child abuse, which is always found by CPS to be completely untrue. From 2008 to present, Holmseth has completed three psychological/parental capacity evaluations at Callahan’s request. He has passed every single test. In December, 2013, Dr. Madaline Barnes PhD stated Holmseth is a very good and loving parent; has no mental problems; and should have his parenting-time immediately restored. As the story of the EDHA loan scandal broke in the regional news, Petrovich suddenly changed his reccomendation of supervisd visits for Holmseth and his son, to un-supervised visits; with virtually no changes taking place in th case. Holmseth has requested Judge Yon terminate Petrovich from the case and/or order he submit to a psychological evaluation. Holmseth is asking Petrovich be criminally investigated. EGF City Administrator David Murphy recently recived a copy of the Minnesota Lawyer Board's initial finding from 2013 that Galstad would not be disciplined without an investigation. Holmseth has requsted Murphy ask the FBI to investigate the matter. |
